About the event

This program is designed for women who wish to have an open forum with like minded professionals looking to enhance their capability and pick up a new set of skills to assist with their progression. Designed for emerging leaders, it is constructed to ensure the core modules are progressive and aligned to ensure the best outcome for participants. 

With an emphasis on collaboration, in each module we’ll delve into important skills, providing insights into how they can be learnt and make the outcomes tangible and implementable when back in the workplace.

What to expect as a delegate:

  • 3 x 1/2 day (am) facilitated program with breakout sessions for team work

  • 1/2 day post implementation group mastermind (9th Maywith the facilitator to discuss progress, implementation, challenges and new content.

Horizons Leadership

Robyn is a highly experienced organisational development professional, executive coach and facilitator.  Robyn holds an MBA and is credentialed by the International Coach Federation (ICF) as a Professional Certified Coach.

Robyn has worked in senior management roles in the Australian and Queensland Public Service and has established new programs, services and contracts on behalf of the Commonwealth and Queensland Government. She has worked extensively across Australia in urban, regional, rural and remote communities.

 

Robyn specialises in leadership and organisation development, executive and professional development coaching, workshop facilitation, employee engagement and culture change. Her effectiveness comes from her passion to support people to become better leaders, managers, professionals and team members and a natural ability to warmly and genuinely connect with people.

 

As an experienced and confident facilitator, Robyn works with senior leadership teams, technical specialists and business teams and to facilitate outcomes.  Robyn has designed and delivered meetings, workshops, learning and development programs and focus group sessions for diverse audiences including executive teams, senior leaders and teams.

 

Robyn has extensive experience in leading the implementation of major organization transformations and is widely recognised for her ability to facilitate change and deliver practical results.  Robyn has the ability to engage with people at all levels to build capability and ownership which enables sustainable change.

 

Her seventeen years of professional coaching experience in the private, not for profit and public sectors in Australia and the United Kingdom, has ranged from individual coaching of senior leaders and managers, through to performance coaching of leadership and project teams.

 

Robyn’s extensive experience in the strategic leadership of multi-disciplinary professional teams in Australia and the United Kingdom brings a real-world perspective and credibility to her work.
