About the event

The shift toward hybrid work models, accelerated by global events like the COVID-19 pandemic, has profoundly impacted how government agencies operate. The unique nature of public service — requiring compliance with stringent regulations, ensuring public accountability, and upholding the integrity of governmental functions — adds complexity to the management of hybrid teams. With many government departments embracing a combination of in-office and remote work, managers must navigate new challenges to ensure consistent, effective public service delivery while supporting employee well-being and productivity.

This workshop is tailored specifically for government managers to address the intricacies of public sector hybrid work. By focusing on trust, accountability, compliance, and employee engagement, it prepares government leaders to maintain efficiency and integrity while managing hybrid teams effectively.

In this workshop attendees will enhance their capabilities to:

  • Understand the unique challenges and opportunities of managing hybrid teams within the government sector.

  • Develop communication, collaboration, and performance management strategies tailored to public service work.

  • Promote transparency, accountability, and inclusivity in a hybrid government setting.

  • Equip managers with tools to maintain engagement, well-being, and public sector integrity in a hybrid work environment.
