When will I receive my course links and materials for virtual events?
All delegates will receive an email 2 weeks before the program consisting of a brochure, materials and meeting access.

What do I need to bring to the in-person program?

For those attending in-person programs, all materials are provided on the day. 

When will the post course group meeting take place?
Details of the post course meeting where applicable are shared at the time of booking. Meeting links will be sent out 1 week
prior to the session.

What if I can't attend?
No problem you are able to send someone else in your place at no cost. Please inform the team. Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or delegate no shows.

What discounts do you offer?
Each program has discounts on offer for multiple delegates and our early birds.

How do I leave a review?
All delegates will be issued with feedback forms at the end of the training. We ask you to provide honest constructive feedback
so we can monitor course effectiveness and continue to enhance our programs.

When should I pay for the event?
You can pay on booking with a card payment. Alternatively you will receive an invoice with 7 day payment terms.

What is the dress code?
Business casual is recommended.

Are there Q&A opportunities for delegates?
Delegates are encouraged to interact with the facilitator and group thrghout the program

Are there opportunities to network with other delegates?
Networking takes place throughout due to the collaborative nature of our programs. However, at our public face to face delivery there will be a networking reception and other opportunities over lunch and breaks.
