About the event
Recruiting the right talent is imperative to organisations of the Public Service, to ensure the organisation is best placed to attract, retain and motivate the best people.
An EVP represents the complete value that you offer employees in exchange for them working for your organisation. It answers the question ‘why should I work there?’ A well-developed EVP has been shown to significantly improve retention, engagement, and recruitment outcomes - in some cases reducing the compensation premium needed to hire by 50%.
In an ever competitive landscape, this comprehensive and hands-on workshop will walk participants through a framework for developing and implementing an EVP, incorporating this into the recruitment and people management processes and develop a data driven performance framework to demonstrate successful work.
