As an employee in the VPS, you have a critical role in promoting the organisation's vision, mission and business objectives and in assisting government in managing new and emerging challenges. Important skills are required to ensure you can best service your office, your team, and the public effectively. The program has been designed with the VPS capability framework in mind, covering content alligned to areas such as personal atributes, enabling delivery, authentic relationships and people leadership.

This program is for those looking to enhance their capability in, or looking to step into the VPS 3-4 role. The workshop is constructed to ensure the core modules are progressive and aligned to ensure the best outcome for participants.
