In today's fast-paced and interconnected world, technical skills alone are not sufficient to thrive professionally. We'll explore the fundamental components of EQ, including self-awareness, self-regulation, social awareness, and relationship management. Through interactive lessons, practical exercises, you'll learn how to navigate challenging situations, manage conflict constructively, and build strong, meaningful connections with colleagues and clients.
