Cherry picked facilitators - Only facilitators who hold a breadth of experience in the role or industry that the attendees are in will deliver our programs. This brings a common understanding between the trainer and the audience of what its like to work in the attendees world and allows the trainer to provide contextualised real life examples to help embed learning outcomes.
